Using TENALEA
Access to a hosted service based upon ALEA v3 is available for a fix per annum cost. This option allows the institute to set up and run as many of their studies as they wish on a hosted instance of the software.
Alternatively the hosting and license costs for a single study varies between €250 - €1,000 per annum depending upon patient numbers. In addition to this licence and hosting cost there would be the cost of developing the study which is dependent on its complexity. If you prefer this second option then we will send you a short questionnaire which will allow us to provide an estimate of the time, and therefore the cost, that will be required for set-up of your study.
The TENALEA services are available online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Advice and support is generally available during office hours in Europe.
