TENALEA is available to healthcare researchers throughout the world both on an in-house licence.or on a per study basis. Academic researchers may approach existing TENALEA licensees to seek services from them rather than taking out their own licence from FormsVision but TENALEA licensees have no obligation to provide such services.
TENALEA services are available online 24 hours a day, seven days a week; but advice and support is generally available during office hours in Europe.
